The Fair Grove Retirement Community is based on three custom house
plans. Each plan has a spacious family room, a two car garage,
and at least two bedrooms on a single level. Some interior walls
may be moved to fit the needs of each homeowner. There are many
other structural options available including 9’ walls or cementing the crawl space for more storage. All
homes in the community will be standalone homes and will not be
attached to any other dwelling. The following house plans have
been specifically designed for our cul-de-sac lots:
