Fair Grove Homes is proud to introduce a unique Active Adult
Community in West Haven, one of Northern Utah’s most peaceful
rural towns. This community is ideal for adults 55 and older
whether they are in the work force or retired. Located next
to a church, a city park, and a walking trail, this upscale
community will consist of 18 individual homes where each
homeowner will have their own private yard. Since every home
in the community is located on a cul-de-sac, the neighborhood
is expected to be very quiet and safe.
Three custom house plans will be available ranging in size from
1500 square feet to nearly 2000 square feet. With an
emphasis on quality, the exterior of each home will be all brick
and stucco. Some interior walls may be moved and customized
to fit the needs of each homeowner. Pricing will include the
home, the lot, a landscaping package, and some fencing. There
will not be an association fee, yet we will offer yardcare and
snow removal for those who wish to use our recommended services.
In addition this community has protective covenants to help ensure
that yards will be maintained and property values enhanced.
