Fair Grove Estates consists of approximately 100 acres which will be
developed in phases ranging from 1/3 acre to 1 acre home sites. In
addition, there is nearly 7 acres of city parks and trails. The
master plan was created with several cul-de-sacs to minimize traffic
flows, enhance property values, and for maximum safety. There are currently two phases
available: Phase 2 (1/3+ acre lots), and the
Retirement Community. Phase 3 will be available soon and consists of ½ acre and ¾ acre home sites.
